July 8, 2015 Cape Lookout to Newport Beach

Slept pretty late...under the shadows of the trees....made a quick pot of coffee and on the road again....after many stops, typical day on the road...lots of quick stops...a little longer stop in Depoe Bay....

This dog looks a little too comfortable in the boat...

ha-ha-ha...even I can say this is true sometimes...dreaming of a 5th wheel trailer....24 feet is pushing it sometimes...

More great scenery along the coast...

And if this doesn't look like pure joy....I don't know what else does...

How much sand do you think we washed out of Gracie after this one??????

After a long day of driving, stopping, sightseeing, playing in the ocean, we found a campsite....in the sun....at a Marina in Newport Beach....grabbed ourselves a few cold ones...and relaxed for the night...
