June 30, 2015 Olympic Penninsula

Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge near Sequim (Squim), nice walk down to the spit, what was interesting was this...the life of human waste...
Glass bottle...I MILLION YEARS!!!!

If you like lavender this is the place for you, we passed many Lavender roadside stands, lavender soaps, lavender flowers and yes...lavender icecream????  not sure about that one..

And if you so desire....have yourself a Lavender House!!!

And along the way....Bambi...and her Momma

Next it was off to Hurricane Ridge in the Olympic National Park.  We questioned going, as we found out dogs are not permitted on the trails, but decided to pay the park fee and drive the 18 or so miles up Hurricane Ridge and see what we could see....so glad I convinced George into going up, it was amazing, what a view...

And this deer had no fear of people...it decided just to walk along the path like everyone else...
Beautiful views....warm weather....great day on the Olympic Penninsula

And any great day...comes to an end....This Bud's for You!!!
